Horrible. My experience with this store was a total disaster. They are totally incompetent. I ordered an arrangement a week before valentines day and the were not able to deliver. In addition to this blunder, they add to their incompetence by not being able to deliver my girlfriends valentines gift to a business located within the same town. Not only was the the location of delivery in the same town in was 1.8 miles away or 4 minutes away from the waterford, ct store 123. I requested that the arrangment to be delivered between 9:30am and 5:00pm giving them the entire day to deliver something right down the road from them! To put things in a nutshell, the Waterford,ct store 123 was not able to deliver an arrangement 4 minutes down the road in an 8hr window with a weeks notice. I called for an explanation and the best answer I was given is we were swamped sorry. To give them some credibility they were perfectly capable of ruining our valentines day!
