Typical CT pricing -- rip-off for the customer.
When I lived in Boston, I paid $19.99 a month for high-speed Internet. I signed up with this company because I believe in supporting small local businesses.
I have been very disappointed. I would not recommend them. Their customer service is uneven: some of the people know what they're doing and are very helpful, others do not.....and a few are rude as well as unable to help. They ARE over-priced; it's true that in this area, all utilities tend to be, but is that a valid excuse?
Their so-called "high-speed" Internet is really slow, the basic cable doesn't have many channels, customer support often isn't available at all and when it is, it's sometimes okay, sometimes really bad.
But at least it's in this country and not India!
