Disappointing. Extensive work done went far over budget. OK that can happen. But then they reassure you "we'll ALWAYS be there to support the result after we finish, to address any problems, We stand by our work!"

Well okay, I'm a bit of a skeptic but I thought maybe these guys would truly keep faith even when I've already promptly paid in full.

They DON'T. If you try getting help -starting right after you've paid up- expect to be ignored for weeks, until you beg.

Also during the job- don't expect much guidance or hand holding. Don't expect to feel that they've got the project all organized, as the owner is Very disorganized and forgetful, regularly asking for decisions - or even hardware- just one day before they're required. Time and again I needed to ask for my final invoice and it arrived only several months after all was paid and done.

BUT if you are experienced, could almost be your own GC, and know just what you want, then you'll be delighted with the professional results. excellent work and excellent workmen. All their staff are always punctual and friendly.
