Horrible Service

My son who is 18 signed up as a "primary care" patient. He fell very ill and we called on a Friday. They are suppose to open at 9:00 and their answering service picked up until 10:00 as no one was there. They were very rude and made no effort to work with us. When I finally got through, I found out that you only get primary care for the Dr. you sign up for and the doctors are not there full time. They told me my son would have to wait like everyone else, sick as a dog, to be seen by the next avail. doctor and that could be for 5 hours - so much for primary care. Do not go there for primary care and if you go there - it's no different than an emergency room - even worse as they don't take your vitals and you are sitting in close proximity in a croweded waiting room.

• Cons: everything

I hated it. I got there at 9am, as soon as they opened, I waited 45 min to be called and after that another 50 min in the little room waiting for the doctor. The doctor came (Hernandez) and in a rush didn't say much. I totally hated the clinic. It's an absurd that they leave you alone for 50min in a very cold little room waiting for the doctor staring at the walls!!!! So I waited 50min for the doctor to come and talk to me for 5min tops!!

Waste of money and time!

Fast, Fantastic walk-in medical center

These guys are great. They always go the extra mile, and will work with you and your insurance company to get the best possible outcome. Both Dr. V and Dr. Hernandez are incredibly knowledgeable and they both make you feel at ease. They both are very thorough, make sure that all of your problems or concerns are addressed, and then take extra time to make sure that you have understood everything they've said and done in response. Norwich is lucky to have such a great walk-in center.

• Pros: Great Doc's, Great follow-through, Great care, they can be your primary care Dr. (imagine having your regular doc available at walk-in center hours!)
• Cons: Some office staff can be snippy or are rushed, parking can be tough, they get busy at times
