ok.... I went away with friends. It was really nice. Service was very good, however, our bill came out to more than I expected. I thought there might have been taxes that I wasn't aware of so I just paid it. The bill is extremely confusing! When I got home, I did notice a $50 difference between the package that I was charged and the special listed on the website. After a phone call and email correspondence from ALL of us, we finally received a credit for the difference.

Beware!. We went for a girls spa getaway and what a disappointment! The spa treatments were fine but the staff at the front desk of the spa was not. They signed us up for classes but didn't bother to tell us that there was a charge. When we found out about the charge and asked to cancel, they gave us a hard time and then proceeded to ignore us whenever they saw us! Unprofessional. The food at the restaurant was good, however, service was slow - expect your meals to take a while. Finally, when we went to check out, our room rates were different from what we reserved. I have been a senior financial analyst and one of my friends an accountant and we kept reviewing the bill, confused as to where the difference was coming from. As we had no evidence (no confirmation email or anything from them at checkout), we went home. Upon returning, I looked on their website and the same rates under which we reserved was still being advertised. I called them and didn't get a return call until I filled out their survey. When one of the managers called me and I explained what happened and how they charged us incorrectly, she explained that it wasn't incorrect. Apparently, despite what was told my friend and I when we made the reservation, all four of us should have stayed in one small double room to get the lower four person rate. We specifically confirmed the rate when making the reservation - if, despite, our poor experiences, you decide to go here, be sure to get everything in writing!

Country Getaway Weekend. My sister and i went for a country getaway package. It was so nice. We had a villa on the property for the weekend, it had a kitchen with all the applicances and dishware you could imagine. The food at this place is so good, and it was included in our package. The menus include nutritional information so if you want to keep with a health & wellness regime it makes it easy. The spa services were really great, I recommend getting a facial, best facial i've ever had. Everyone is so friendly and nice, this was a great weekend!
