Quick to blame someone else.
We've been bring our vehicles in since we moved to CT two years ago for oil changes and tire rotations.
Last week I bring the truck in, and the guy calls me out there to explain that one of the lug nuts was damaged, and wouldn't go back on.
When I explained that the only folks who had touched the tires in the past two years was Quick Lube, he starts telling me has Dodge had this problem with lug nuts.

quick is right!. They don't try to charge you for something you don't need. They will let you know what will need to be don't! They will be building a new place with a car wach added soon!
