great customer service. i been a customer longer then some of the emploees have been working there.my hold house is stuff from there. from both of my bedroom to my new finish room in my basement. as long as there are there i will be going back everyone there know what there are doing there are all friendly. the delivery drivers are all kind and friendly. i just wish there have better warrenty on there bedding.. i still have some more stuff to buy. thank you. if you dont have the funds to buy out right they have different payment you can do from weekly to monthly they do work with you .

Best Rents Plus Groton. I would like to say i have been a customer for many years and the are the best company I have dealt with. My husband is a chief in the navy and we move around alot and have dealt with alot of rent to own companys and they are the best i have dealt with. There merchandise is top of the line compared to other companys. There customer service is wonderful. The manager i must disagree with others is a very nice person who really takes care of her customers. My husband was deployed and we had a banking problem and she very much understood and worked with me at this embarrising time for me. I think they are to notch people and have been a joy to work with for the last 4yrs. Lisa

ONE OF THE WORST EXSPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. Okay were to start.....The manager of the store was horrible i found her to be extremely rude......She sat up at the counter with another one of her workers and kept whispering and looking at me browsing....In my personal opinion and from a couple of other people i know, I do not think they like military.....The sales person didnt seem to know what he was selling and had to do a price change twice.....Now i can understand why this is such a small company.....Its nice to walk into a place to see smiling faces.....It looked as if none of them wanted to be there.....I would have to say this was defenly my worst shopping exsperience ever.....I left the store feeling extremely insulted and degraded....
