not so great!!. I have tried many different salons in the area and I was very dissappointed with Shear Artistry. It would maybe suit an older crowd (50+) but not so much for the 20 or 30 year olds. I felt it to be very dated and not so much up on the trendy side of things. The cost for their services was much more than I anticpated for the quality of work. If you want a great salon at a cost friendly price I say "That Look" salon is worth considering in East Lyme as they have been by far the best!

Owner operated for over 25 years!. Owner Operated - Family oriented business. Owner Cindy is hands-on. She services long time customers while keeping an eye on the business. She has owned the business for over 25 years.

The prices are not cheap, but they stand behind their services.
