I have never seen a bar in russells. What drinks ??they don't serve mixed drinks, you must have been drunk when you got there I know the staff & manager & have never had a bad meal or attitude from anyone there how long ago where you there? Did u have a female manager? Are u sure it was Russell's Ribs?

Do NOT eat here!!!. We went to Russell's after seeing a movie as a party of 10. We ordered drinks and appetizers with 2 entrees mixed in. Our drinks came back wrong 3 times (margaritas instead of Mojitos) and instead of being apologetic, the waitress gave us attitude and sent her manger over. When we tried to explain that the waitress was overwhelmed and just took the orders wrong (after I personally watched her write down the correct drinks) she interrupted and berated us, accusing us of lying about our drink orders. I have never been treated so poorly in my life, and this was by a manger! Our food was late; it took 45 minutes to get a glass of water. Now, we are not young, rude, drunk people. We are all professionals, have children and the median age is about mid-thirties. I urge you not to eat at Russell's! There are far better restaurants in the area with better food and views (not to mention staff!).
