rude bussniess manners. they brought this rustie old looking shelfk in my house for the dryer to sit on. it went side to side. i have to small kids in my home and my three year old likes to climd. i asked if it was safe and they said sure, we had no commments, as the things was blowing back and forth from touch! than they threw attuides when i said it blocked the area to get into my bathroom and i didn't want the shelf. they had to take down the dryer and pull out the washer. than they left everthing just all over the place and i had to push the washer and dryer back where they could fit. than i was told they forget the connection so the washer can work with my sink. they were rude and getto like.

avoid this place like the plague. worst place ever.My husband and I walked in to rent-a-center to look for a tv just to use for a few months.we paid a full month and got a great deal,but they were supposed to deliver the next day around 2:00p.m to 4:00 p.m......its now 6:40p.m and no tv no phone call nothing.I called they said they were on their way,then they had truck trouble and they didnt even have the common sense to say hey lets call them so they know whats going on..Its a horrible place we got our money back.
